• Every young person who is not employed with a living income has access to low-barrier financial support that brings them to a livable income, allowing for them to afford housing and all basic needs while moving along their pathway to well-paid and secure employment or sustainable income. 

• Every young person is fully supported in creating their own career pathway resulting in a living income and a career of their choice.
